About Me

I come to Lady Lake with a history of very unique culinary adventures. From an Entrepreneurial Chef in Lake Placid New York, owner of a small diner in Long Island, to a Private Chef in the The Hamptons of many wonderful families and most recently a Private Chef in Knoxville, Tennessee.  I have seen and cooked it all!

Over the years, I have cooked for just about every dietary restriction or needs one can think of.  Whether you are a vegetarian, lactose intolerant, Vegan driven, meat lover, or just enjoy desire a wide variety of all cuisines, I have done it all over my 35 year career in the culinary art of cooking.

My focus in Florida will be Boutique Catering. I can provide Dinner Parties, Special Events Parties, Cooking/Nutrition Classes, Celebration of Life Receptions, and on going Private Chef Services.
